At HG Aesthetics B.V., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible products in accordance with the conditions below.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products must be:
• Unused and in their original condition
• In their original packaging where reasonably possible
• Complete with all accessories and accompanying materials
• Returned in a condition that allows the product to be resold
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once they have been unsealed or used where an applicable legal exception applies.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product under the statutory right of withdrawal.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it. We will provide instructions regarding the return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned product, or you provide evidence that the product has been sent back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Where applicable, the refund includes the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hg.facial.holland@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return the original order where eligible and place a new order.
